 Earlier today I realized that I had indeed added the printf statements to
 the wrong constraint function. Doing the same with the correct one (i.e.
 ML_ADMConstraints) the behavior of the -O2 executable changed and agreed
 with the -O0 executable. Next, I'll be trying to run both versions in a
 debugger (without the printf statement) and see if I can pinpoint where
 the -O2 executable goes wrong.
