 The link to the thorn NSTracker present in
 http://einsteintoolkit.org/gallery/bns/nsnstohmns.th is not working and
 gives an error when downloading the thorn. I have solved by manually
 downloading the thorn from
 https://svn.cct.lsu.edu/repos/numrel/LSUThorns/NSTracker/.
