 I have added the definition of Tmunu used in GRHydro to the docs in git
 hash  e810a68 "GRHydro: add definiton of Tmunu to docs, add some MHD defs"
 of einsteinevolve.

 One still needs to add the numerical methods used for constrained
 transport and con2prim for MHD as well as anything related to
 microphysical EOS.
