 I use curl -Lf http://einsteintoolkit.org/gallery/bbh/GW150914.rpar -o
 par/GW150914.rpar to down the parameter file and run the simulation, it
 give me error like:

 Error: Error while executing parameter file script
 /home/someone/simulations/GW150914_1/output-0000/GW150914.rpar
