 I have tested the BBH example, and it runs.  I will update the ticket when
 it completes, to make sure that it does, and that the results are the same
 as when it was run before.  I also decided to implement (part of)
 https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/2055 as part of this, to make it
 easier for people to run the example.
