 Chrome 68 will mark websites that use http but not https as insecure and
 warn users. See https://www.neowin.net/news/chrome-68-will-mark-http-
 websites-as-not-secure This will will finally happen in July 2018 (i.e.
 now).

 We should update our websites so that they all use https. Namely:

 * http://einsteintoolkit.org/
 * http://cactuscode.org/
 * http://lists.einsteintoolkit.org/pipermail/users/ (and all of mailman
 really)
