 The "old" tutorials exist as svn repos as LSU
 (https://svn.einsteintoolkit.org/) while the material for the newer ones
 only exist as PDF files on the even websites and (hopefully) repos on the
 presenter's laptops.

 It would be good to collect (at least) the pdf files in repos at LSU which
 should be around longer than the potentially ephemeral workshop websites.

 The websites themselves are linked to on the ET wiki.
