Besides, there are many warnings during the operation, will this have an impact？

Besides at Ubuntu, I tried building the toolkit on two opensuse computers and got the same error,e.g. libtool:   error: cannot determine absolute directory name of '-pthread'. 

I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide assistance. Best wishes.
