Hi Zach,

Thank you for the feedback.

I have gone ahead and addressed most of these. I'm currently waiting for my test suite to finish running before I regenerate Cottonmouth. I think #15 is a nonissue; I want MyPy etc. to be available to end users so they can type check their recipes. The only issue which impacts the generation of Cottonmouth is #7, and it is extremely minor (missing CCTK_ASSERT lines in one of the source files).
