<p>adds code to check that parameter have consistent type. I have verified that types <code>CCTK_REAL</code> and <code>REAL</code> are considered identical (at least one parsing with piraha, I assume piraha just strings a possible <code>CCTK_</code> prefix while parsing).</p>
