<p>Of note: CarpetReduce is one of the codes that confuses them, so this is by no means unlikely to happen <img class="emoji" src="https://pf-emoji-service--cdn.us-east-1.prod.public.atl-paas.net/standard/551c9814-1d37-4573-819d-afab3afeaf32/48x48/1f642.png" alt="🙂" title=":slight_smile:" data-emoji-short-name=":slight_smile:" />. Fixed in <a data-is-external-link="true" href="https://bitbucket.org/eschnett/carpet/src/048cefb0b0da6e5d53995949b93632d2f920d94f/?at=rhaas%2Freductionhandles" rel="nofollow">rhaas/reductionhandles</a> of CarpetReduce.</p>
<p>There’ may be more thorns doing the same (often using <code>CCTK_ReduceLocalScalar</code>) leading to failed tests.</p>
