<p>Some clusters have a structure like <code>/scratch/ALLOCATION/USER</code> for their file system. Right now this cannot be automatically produced by simfactory since only <code>USER</code> is replace in basedir.</p>

<p>Having an allocation is already mandatory so this does not introduce any extra mandatory mdb entries.</p>
