<p>Reverted in git hash <a data-is-external-link="true" href="https://github.com/EinsteinToolkit/ExternalLibraries-hwloc/commits/658f9530e395b95e8dc0b7a78c019cc96194eb4f" rel="nofollow">658f953</a> "Revert "hwloc: build both shared and static libraries"" of <a data-is-external-link="true" href="https://github.com/EinsteinToolkit/ExternalLibraries-hwloc" rel="nofollow">ExternalLibraries-hwloc</a> since it causes build failures and the workaround outlined in <a data-is-external-link="true" href="https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/1717/hwloc-lnuma-lltdl-really-required#comment-58734699" rel="nofollow">https://bitbucket.org/einsteintoolkit/tickets/issues/1717/hwloc-lnuma-lltdl-really-required#comment-58734699</a> seems quite bad.</p>
