<p>On the mailing list in thread <a data-is-external-link="true" href="http://lists.einsteintoolkit.org/pipermail/users/2022-May/008511.html" rel="nofollow">http://lists.einsteintoolkit.org/pipermail/users/2022-May/008511.html</a> an issue with the Trigger thorn has been deduced to be due to incomplete return code checks in Trigger.</p>
