<p>I am surprised that there is no consensus about <code>HydroBase</code>; this should be documented in that thorn. Given historic precedence, I would go with the definition used in <code>GRHydro</code>.  </p>
<p><code>HydroBaseX</code> should then use the same definition.</p>
