<p>Unfortunately this is not quite enough information to deduce what is failing, there likely is an error message further up.</p>
<p>Could you take a look at the instructions at <a data-is-external-link="true" href="http://einsteintoolkit.org/support.html#general-guidelines-for-questions" rel="nofollow">http://einsteintoolkit.org/support.html#general-guidelines-for-questions</a> and try and attach the log files mentioned there, please?</p>
