This is why the tutorial page uses the Queen Bee resource where we can
ensure that everything works. We've already been talking with Erik
about how we can have a more robust mechanism for users to compile on
their own laptop (perhaps by suggesting particular MPI implementations
and compilers) since that is still what people will want to do.
Jian, I can't see a difference between the thornlists that you
mentioned, do we still have a link wrong somewhere? Can you point out
explicitly where the difference is? I've added the revision number of
the file in SVN to the thornlist to hopefully make it easier to verify
what the version is.
It would be good to add the SVN version number to be embedded as a
comment in the thornlist,
