[Users] Carpet developer workshop at RIT on Aug 23-26

we are pleased to announce that the Carpet developer workshop now lasts
four days: Aug 23-26. Also, we have drafted a wiki for the workshop with
basic local information and links to technical information about AMR in
general that we hope it will grow with the participant collaborations.
