I'm confused about what parameters you are talking about.  In  
EinsteinInitialData/TwoPunctures/param.ccl, there is a parameter  
center_offset[i].  Is this the one you are referring to?  If so, in  
what way is it broken?  We do use this parameter for unequal mass BBH  
simulations.
