[Users] Switching HDF5 to version 1.8.5

I would like to move the HDF5 library version in ExternalLibraries from 1.8.4 to 1.8.5.

The HDF5 release notes state "Release 1.8.5 is the latest release of HDF5 1.8.  New projects are strongly encouraged to use this release as it contains many new features, file optimizations, and performance enhancements."  To my knowledge, both 1.8.4 and 1.8.5 contain performance enhancements for Lustre file systems.
