[Users] GetComponent error message

I've updated GetComponents to print the svn/cvs/etc error messages as they occur. Any errors will also be stored in $HOME/.crl/crl.log. Unfortunately svn errors can be rather hit or miss in terms of helpfulness. 

For example, when I tried to checkout http://svn.aei.mpg.de/numrel/AEIDevelopment/IsolatedHorizon/trunk, it gave me 

svn: OPTIONS of 'http://svn.aei.mpg.de/numrel/AEIDevelopment/IsolatedHorizon/trunk': 200 OK (http://svn.aei.mpg.de)
