[Users] fix d3tensor in TwoPunctures/src/TP_utilities.c

Hello all,

my original commit to remove NR from d3tensor in TwoPunctures contained 
a bug in d3tensor. Since the routine is never called by stock TP this 
did not show up.

Attached is a corrected version (which was actually used).
