[Users] Web page listing presentations/publications?

I gave two presentations introducing the Einstein Toolkit and would
like to make them available on the ET web site. Do we already have a
place for these? If no, I suggest to add a new sidebar item between
"Capabilities" and "Mail Lists" called "Publications", and list them
there, including pointers to the pdfs. We can also begin to collect
there references to papers acknowledging the ET.
