[Users] commits mailing list and trac

Hello,

I am interested in receiving commit messages, but not messages like

   * owner:  => eschnett
   * status:  new => accepted

namely messages without any discussion.

If no new mailing list for this will be created, could this "technical" messages 
be marked more clearly?
