They are special about the Einstein Toolkit, while the Utilities
repository should be for general Cactus stuff.
Only part of the scripts are ET-specific though, but see below for a
better solution.

They are under version control, the whole website is.

Yes, I already spoke with Michael about adding testsuite-support to
simfactory a while back. However, other simfactory tasks have been more
important so far - like checkpointing. Now with the Grid conference
being over and checkpointing working (or so I heard) this should be on
the table again.
