[Users] New version of Simulation Factory

As discussed in today's telecon, Michael Thomas is working on a new
version of the Simulation Factory.

To check out pysim, you can access it via svn at the following url:
<https://svn.cct.lsu.edu/repos/numrel/simfactory/branches/PYSIM_2010>

Contained in the source tree that gets checked out is a
README_FIRST.txt file that explains some of the main differences
between this version of simfactory and the previous perl version.

Michael also rewrote the Einstein Toolkit tutorial instructions for
this new version, to be found it
<http://docs.einsteintoolkit.org/et-docs/Pysim_Tutorial_for_New_Users>.
This is an easy way to get started.
