[Users] ExternalLibraries/HDF5 not supplying hdf5.h?

I had no HDF5 options

...but I still had a HDF5_DIR environment variable declared in .cshrc.   Ooops.  

Removed that.   Thanks.  Now I"m getting different errors. ;-)_
