The On suffix indicates the differentiation order. The standard
ML_BSSN thorn uses 4th order finite differencing; there are also
second order versions (for nostalgic reason) and eighth order
versions.
The MP suffix indicates a multi-patch version. Carpet itself supports
multi-patch systems; however, there are no public coordinate systems
available for these yet.
