This error indicates that somehow Carpet thinks it has a newer version
of the thorn CactusBase/IOUtils than it actually does (it check by
looking at the #define IOUTIL_PARSER_HAS_OUT_DT, defined in
CactusBase/IOUtil/src/ioutil_Utils.h. Maybe this dependency is not
declared and thus it didn't get recompiled when something changed. A
complete rebuild should take care of this.
