[Users] CarpetMask compilation errors

Erik,

  -std=gnu++0x is part of the CXXFLAGS in fedora.cfg, and I installed gcc46
  using the yum -y command as mentioned in the fedora.cfg comments. Your
  suggested workaround was successful.
