[Users] Carpet commit messages

I just changed the Carpet Mercurial server configuration; Carpet
commit messages are now sent to <commits at einsteintoolkit.org>, and are
not announced anywhere else any more. We can change this mailing list
if there is a desire to do so, and we still need to see whether this
mailing list server will accept the commit messages.
