Meeting minutes:

Present were: Frank, Roland, Tanja, Ian, ELoisa, Erik, Christian, Peter,
Yosef, Bruno

CCE:
* the thornlist at https://svn.einsteintoolkit.org/manifest/trunk/CCE.th
contains the set of CCE thorns and will be merged with
einsteintoolkit.th soon
* right now there are now testsuites (and we would like some).
Generating them is time consuming and might not be trivial
* will have only regression testsuites and not correctness tests

Fall workshop:
* need to organize transportation from hotel to campus
* walking is not recommended (too far, too hot)

ET server slowdowns:
* no news beyond what is in the mailing list, have to wait for support

ET release:
* Ian is running daily testsuites on his workstation, both git and hg
versions
* 3 failures in git version -> related to recent MoL changes
** WeylScal4 TeukolskyID (assigned to Roland)
** TOVSolver
** AHFinderDirect RecoverML
* extra failures with Carpet/Hg
** all checkpoint/recovery tests fail with Carpet/Hg due to file format
changes
** one test contained NaNs which were removed
** QLM fails due to an MPI_Reduce on complex quantities
** TOVSolver fails
* we need to fix and update the documentation
* want list of fixes/improvements for release email
* Frank will start a wiki page to coordinate the release
