Meeting minutes

Present were: Frank, Tanja, Yosef, Christian, Eloisa, Ian, Peter

CCE:
* Peter will test from QC0 (or bit longer)

Fall Workshop:
* Block of rooms will be made available at La Quinta Inn.
* If you plan to attend, please enter your name on the Wiki page:

ET server slowdowns:
* Google started indexing trac.
* Trac is now hidden from indexing. Currently less hindered.

ET Paper:
* Christian will work on the collapse example.

ET release:
* Frank will start a wiki page to coordinate the release
* Every week the Cactus support chat (9am Central on EVO) will be used as a time
to work on bugs for ET maintainers.
* High priority given to bugs important to next release or bugs in review state.
Otherwise it is currently up to bug reporter to make sure a maintainer is
interested, given the limited manpower to address bugs.

Other:
* Llama multipatch is coming to ET. Stay tuned to the mailing list for discussions.
