[Users] ET workshop dates

Hello all,

given that the workshop time is coming up soon and that we would (if
possible) very much like to avoid having the workshop overlap deadlines
that would keep people away, I would like to get everyone to state if
they would be affected by this. Please note that according to the doodle
poll http://doodle.com/ritukz79hhuvhben we have exclusions in both the
week of Oct 15th and Nov 5th.
