I believe Erik Schnetter found and fixed a bug wrt OPTIONAL dependencies
(https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/911) just after the release. We
had thought that the release branch was not affected but maybe it is
after all.
As a workaround, please try changing
OPTIONAL HDF5
{
}
to
REQUIRES HDF5
in Multipole's configuration.ccl (a simple recompile might also work but
that would be accidental).
