I did the same thing a couple of months ago when I created
the osx-lion-macports-gcc.cfg SimFactory optionlist, so I can't imagine the
instructions being very different from what is mentioned in the comments at
the top of that file. If there are things which have changed, it would be
good to also update the comment in the optionlist.

The only thing I didn't use was GetComponents as I used a different method
for getting my Cactus tree.
