I don't remember somebody reacting to this, so if nobody objects soon
the default will be changed for the next ET release (to "no") and the
parameter will be deprecated, which means after the next release the
parameter will be removed.
Using TmunuBase::support_old_CalcTmunu_mechanism = "yes" is a warrant
for horribly slow execution and a better mechanism exists and is
advertised for years now. This old part of the code really needs to get
retired.
