[Users] EinsteinExact module

Hello, 

I'm a physics graduate student at the University of Antioquia, Colombia. Currently. I'm 
trying to implement the Eistein Toolkit here in my Institute. Unfortunately, 
GetComponents fails obtaining the EinsteinExact Module arguing that there is no server 
access. 

What can be done in this situation? 

Any help you can give me would be highly appreciated.
