Hey Bruno,
   If you want m to make a go at any of the todos for the advected
loop let me know.  I was looking over the description of why we
include v_z in the test, and it seems like it's more a check than
anything else, I haven't convinced myself that we really have any
advective terms present that make use of it.  BTW, your current
affiliations in the paper are RIT then AEI...do you want that reversed
to make Luciano happier?
