I know, I noticed this myself before I committed. It is exactly like
that in the original article.

utf-8 is standard nowadays, isn't it? We use utf-8 in paper for quite a
while now.

Where do these borders come from? Given the beauty of the script I guess
there is no easier option to not have them created in the first place?
