* Roland introduced and fixed a bug in CarpetIOHDF5 that prevented
recovering from checkpoints from Sun Aug 11 2013 to Sat Aug 17 2013

* Philipp will commit the cell centered vector potential code (bugfixes
remain) after testing it with a dynamic simulation (TOV works)
* Frank will contact Erik to learn how to run Cactus on the Phi processors
