Tickets:
* OMP collapse detection: want to use autoconf
* vectors of vector groups: apply patches
* implied SYNC removed from Carpet: actual simulation thorns seem fine,
test in CarpetProlongateTest is not behaving like a typical simulation thorn
* C89 vs. C99: have flesh add options to enable c99 automatically to
compiler options
* please review outstanding (old) patches:
