ET release:
* most tests pass on all machines, exceptions are GRHydro's weno and
slow_sector tests. Roland will look into them (since he put them into
the repo). For the WENO test, check if this is a roundoff change near
the shock which is amplified.

* currently have 31 open tickets flagged for the release. Please have

* Philipp will look into the failing balsara tests on bluewaters

* Frank will ask Peter if willing to look into failing Exact tests and
try is setting Exact's epsilon to 0.01 (or so) fixes the issues (needs
regeneration of all test data)

* Intel 13 bug and fix (ticket #1276) has been applied
