[Users] Archiving Thorns

Hi

At the call next Monday I will propose to archive the following thorns.
This means that their repository will be moved to EinsteinArchive (if
it's not already there like ADM), and it will be taken out of the
Einstein Toolkit thornlist. It will continue to be available for
download, but will not receive as much maintenance and testing as thorns
within the toolkit.
Especially ADM is still needed by some testsuites within the toolkit,
and this would obviously need to be changed beforehand.
