The alias pattern is used by simfactory to decide which machine it is
on. It should be a regular expression that matches the machine's head
node's hostname.
You can do a:
simfactory/bin/sim whoami
which should report something like:
Current machine: hydra (or whatever name you gave the machine in its
machine.ini (at the top of the file, in [])).

A guess: It may no longer accept a new --runscript option unless you
do a --rebuild once the configuration has been created. I'd do a rm
- -rf configs/ET_TORI_INTEL to be sure to start with a clean slate.
