[Users] Good time to add larger changes to the toolkit

Hi,

We want to make users aware that this is now a good time to get major
additions or changes into the toolkit, as we are just past the last
release. The best way to get this done is by starting a discussion,
either on this mailing list, or on one of the weekly phone calls.
