* agree to be in mostly good shape, fix remaining tickets and create
release branch this week (https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/1604)
* Roland to take care of TestComplex
* Peter to take care of gaussian
* name of release: Wheeler
* add warning about cause https://trac.einsteintoolkit.org/ticket/1473
and fix after release (the code behaved this way for years so this is
not a new and urgent bug).
