tickets:
* desire to move Carpet to bitbucket, flatening the repository
* requires update of thornlist since thorns moved between repositories

VisIt reader:
* Bruno sees that the nodal plots seem to drop low density points when
plotting rho
* problem present since first version of reader included in visit
* suspect that logarithmic plot option is not respected
* ask Bruno to upload data file

EXTRAS in Cactus flesh:
* remove EXTRAS for which there are ExternalLibraries
* output warning for EXTRAS that are currently working

promote BitBucket pull requests:
* already decided to send out emails when pull request are created
* discussion should remain in trac
