[Users] Carpet moves to Bitbucket

I have updated the Einstein Toolkit thorn list.
Carpet's git repository is now located on Bitbucket at
<https://bitbucket.org/eschnett/carpet>. Also, Carpet now consists of
a single arrangement only.
