Carpet now moved to bitbucket, which is reflected in the current
thornlist.

Tickets:
- #1674: OpenBLAS vs. BLAS (as bundled BLAS implementation)
  - Atlas ect. would still be recognized and used if found
  - Would replace BLAS and LAPACK thorns
- #1676: CT_MultiLevel to be added to ET?
- #1276: Trouble with intel compiler and 'restrict' again. Can somebody
  try with intel 15?

Proposed schedule for fall release (2 weeks+ freeze):
 - Nov 10: "small" freeze (no major additions, stricter reviews)
 - Nov 24: freeze until release as soon after that as possible

Even before: start testing especially production machines and
environments: simfactory configurations might need updating, tests
should pass.
